Osun Students kicked against government's decision not to pay WAEC fees

Secondary school students in Osun State protested against the decision of the state government not to pay the West African Examination Council fees of those who do not perform creditably in the mock examination that precedes WAEC examination.
The students went violent, damaging several government properties, expecially in Ile-Ife.
The state government descrbed their action as shameful.
