Date For Passage of 2016 Budget Announced.

The date for passage of 2016 budget has been fixed for March 17.


This was revealed by the Chairmen of the Senate and House of Representatives Committee on Appropriation, Senator Danjuma Goje and Hon. Abdulmumini when they jointly addressed newsmen on Wednesday, March 2, 2016.


The Chairmen of the Senate and House of Representatives Committee on Appropriation, revealed this when they addressed newsmen.


Goje said the sub-committees of the two chambers have met and interacted with the various Ministries, Departments and Agencies under their purviews and have submitted their reports.
He affirmer the final report would be submitted in a few days from to allow for passage on March 17.
