Lawmaker Visits Erosion Prone Areas In His Constituency

Hon. Mutiu Shadimu

A Lawmaker, Hon. Mutiu Shadimu representing Oshodi/Isolo Federal Constituency 1, on Thursday, April 28, 2016 visited erosion prone areas in his constituency.

He expressed concern over the effects erosion has had in the affected areas he visited.

He said: "I am burden by erosion challenges, a situation if allowed to escalate further might result into serious disaster"

He promised the residents of the affected areas that something will be done to ameliorate the situation.

One of the erosion sites visited by the Hon.

Affected areas visited were, Eliasau Street, Afijalo roundabout/Edun Street, Yemoja Street in Mafoluku, Oseni Ewu and others.
