Governor Ifeanyi Okowa speaking in a lecture delivered in Lagos over the weekend, stated that Delta State is rich in culture, mineral, human & natural resources which have the capacity to yield PROSPERITY. Governor Ifeanyi Okowa thereby call on investors to troop to Delta State as a 'fertile ground' for profitable business courtesy of the good road network in every nooks & crannies of Delta State, hospitable & accommodating nature of the people, reliable power supply, massive security, rural-urban connectivity, low cost of doing business & peaceful coexistence of the people.
