Legal fireworks is taking place now at the FCT High Court at the resumed hearing of the suit filed by Chief Joe-Kyari Gadzama, SAN over the controversial Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) election.
Gadzama is asking the court to annul the swearing-in of Mr. Abubakar Mahmoud, SAN as NBA president.
Mahmoud has however fired back, asking the court to strike out Gadzama’s suit for lack of jurisdiction.
