I don't see any fault to assign to Senate on this! There is no way CIA will send negative criminal record reports about acting FBI Boss to the US congress and the congress will accept such nomination for confirmation! No way!
What did NSA do when he was informed that DSS had negative security report on Magu?
Will the NSA claim he wasn't aware of the DSS Background checks on Magu ?
Why the confusion around the kitchen cabinets of PMB in the Executive Arm of FG that allowed the negative report of DSS to go through Executives to the Senate?
DSS is under Executive arm of govt NOT under Legislative arm of govt in Nigeria.. So, the NSA cannot claim ignorant of the negative DSS report even before Magu's appointment or before such report got to the Senate!
Was PMB through the NSA aware of the DSS background check reports on Magu before such negative reports got to the legislative arm of govt and to public domains?
Typically, EFCC could be liken to American FBI and DSS liken to American CIA.
This is another confirmation to the fact that all is not well around the crooners of kitchen cabinets that surround the presidency. Isn't it ?
Isn't it proper from PMB to engage in house cleaning within the presidency before those around him turn his anti-corruption fight into mockery ?
