EFCC should be commended for this. APC and their supporters who want to blame this on the last administartion should be educated on the fact that John Yakubu was not a PDP member but a staff of NNPC.

They should be reminded In August, 2014, the Federal Government under the leadership of then President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan sacked the then Group Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroluem Corporation Andrew Yakubu for CORRUPTION. This action was immediately greeted with reactions from various quarters in the APC especially the Kaduna chapter of the party.

They quickly ran to town to label it an unslaught against the Northern block and as such, many Nigerians were taken in the wind. No one ever wanted to know the reality behind the sack.

Now, the same St. Andrew Yakubu who enjoyed the sympathy and solidarity of the )APC has soon become "a thief in billions".
